With ActiveCampaign, you can send a WhatsApp Messaging flow to all contacts with a phone number.
Take note
- You must consider your contact list size and stay within your WhatsApp Business API sending limits when using this option. If you exceed this limit, your messages will fail to send and have the following error:

Send a WhatsApp Messaging flow to all contacts
From your ActiveCampaign account:
- Click WhatsApp > Messaging Flows on the left menu.
- Create a messaging flow.
- For the trigger, select “Outbound Campaigns” > “Trigger for a contact segment.”

Build your flow:
- Because this is an outbound flow, you must use “Template” as the first step
- Configure this step and add any remaining steps
- Publish your flow
- On the Flow Summary page, click the “Filter contacts” button:
- Optional: Select the date that the messaging flow will run
- Optional: Select whether to run the messaging flow even if there are open conversations. If enabled, the messaging flow will automatically close open conversations for all contacts in the execution
- For the "Who should this messaging flow run with?" setting, select the "From existing contacts" option
- Add the following filter: Phone > Contains > +
- Click “Show contacts”
- Click the “Run now” button
The flow will be sent to all contacts who matched your segment conditions.
