How do I see which automations a contact has been in?

  1. To see the automations a contact has entered, open their contact record by clicking their email address or name from the Contacts overview.
  2. After their contact record opens, if the contact has entered an automation, all automations they have entered will be listed under “Automations” in the lower right-hand corner of the page:

  3. Clicking the automation name will show you how many steps they’ve completed.
  4. Clicking the date they entered the automation will display the path they’ve taken through the automation. This view is useful for troubleshooting an automation if it is not working the way you expect it to.
