Your ActiveCampaign plan is a subscription service. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal payments are billed on a recurring basis. Check and Wire payments are not billed on a recurring basis.
If you use a wire or check as payment for your account, you must reach out to us a week in advance of your expiration date to avoid any disruption of service.

*You can switch your payment option to PayPal from the billing page in your ActiveCampaign account.
**You can pay for an annual plan over $1,000 USD or the converted equivalent by wire or check. Changes to your account will only be posted after the payment is finalized.

We do not accept prepaid cards.
Resold accounts cannot be paid via PayPal, wire transfer, or check.
