How do I cancel my account?

For security and privacy reasons, only the Primary Admin (the individual who created the account) can access the Billing & Upgrade page in order to cancel the account. Other account users cannot be granted access to this page.

If you are not the Primary Admin, and if you need access the Billing & Upgrade page, the Primary Admin will need to share their account credentials with you. If you need to transfer the Primary Admin account to a different user, this help article will walk you through that process.

Just not the right timing?

Follow these steps to cancel your account:

1. Click your name located on the bottom left of your screen and click "Billing & Upgrade."

2. Click on the "Cancel" link within the payment box.

If your account is under a Reseller, you will need to reach out to them for further assistance with the cancellation process.

If you are on a trial account, you can simply let it expire. You will not be charged unless you manually upgrade to a paid account.
