Options before you cancel:
Just not the right timing?
Follow these steps to cancel your account:
1. Click your name located on the bottom left of your screen and click "Billing & Upgrade."
2. Click on the "Cancel" link within the payment box.
Not seeing this? You may be on a legacy plan type and the directions may be slightly different. If you are having any trouble, contact us and we will be happy to help.
If your account is under a Reseller, you will need to reach out to them for further assistance with the cancellation process.
If you are on a trial account, you can simply let it expire. You will not be charged unless you manually upgrade to a paid account.
