How do I cancel my account?

We would love to hear from you if you are having issues or are not seeing true value with ActiveCampaign.

Options before you cancel:

Just not the right timing?

Follow these steps to cancel your account.

  1. Click on the account menu in the upper right and click on "Upgrade & Billing"

  2. Click on the "Cancel" link within the payment box 


Not seeing this? You may be on a legacy plan type and the directions may be slightly different. If you are having any trouble, contact us and we will be happy to help.

If your account is under a Reseller, you will need to reach out to them for further assistance with the cancellation process.

If you are on a trial account, you can simply let it expire. You will not be charged unless you manually upgrade to a paid account.
