ActiveCampaign's Active Intelligence is a conversational tool that helps you manage your resold accounts in the Partner Portal, allowing you to gain insights and access pricing information.
The unified interface maintains context, i.e., understands what you’re working on, allowing you to:
- Enable bulk actions for account management, such as creating multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ask about account creation requirements or identify accounts most likely to churn
- Test different approaches and compare results by asking questions using everyday language. Active Intelligence will remember what you've talked about before in that specific chat

How to access Active Intelligence
To use Active Intelligence, log in to the Partner Portal, then click the Active Intelligence icon at the top of your screen.
The Active Intelligence sidebar will open, allowing you to type your prompts.
This sidebar appears on every page and understands your work in real-time.
Use Active Intelligence in the Partner Portal
You can use Active Intelligence in the Partner Portal to:
- Create child accounts one by one or in bulk
- Cancel accounts
- Include add-ons and entitlements on child accounts
- See an invoice preview before creating an account to generate the expected charge, including discounts
- Fetch account snapshots by name or ID
- Check to see if a child account name is available for use
- Provide answers to quick requests such as:
- “How many active accounts do I have?”
- “What is the total cost per month of all my child accounts grouped by billing plan?
- “Which accounts are close to upgrade based on contact limits usage?”
Active Intelligence limitations in the Partner Portal
While you can use Active Intelligence with general account management, there are some tasks that can only be done by logging into child accounts. These include:
- Creating campaigns, automations, or forms for child accounts
- Viewing campaign, automation, form, etc. metrics from child accounts
- Updating account details
