We are excited to announce the release of Template Lock functionality for ActiveCampaign HQ (ACHQ). This new feature enables franchise and enterprise businesses to maintain complete content control and brand consistency by locking templates when syncing them to subaccounts, ensuring critical messaging remains unchanged while eliminating the need for complex approval workflows.

Upgrade and/or Setup Instructions
To start using this feature, navigate to Sync Manager in the top navigation menu of your ActiveCampaignHQ dashboard, select the Templates tab, choose a template to sync, and check the "Lock this template" option when selecting subaccounts. No additional setup or upgrade is required!
