- Click WhatsApp > Messaging Flows.
- Click “New Messaging Flow.”
- Give your messaging flow a short and descriptive name. Click “Next.”
- Set up the trigger:
- Select “Inbound Message”
- Select “Specific text”
- In the “Text to match” field, type the WhatsApp Widget’s Quick Reply text exactly
- Click “Next”
- Add the Menu step to your flow to greet the customer and provide general help options (for a general flow) or specific actions (for a dedicated sales or support flow).
- Set up automated responses for common queries using Question and Conditional steps. This ensures customers and leads get instant replies, improving their experience.
- Use the Team or Conversation step to route conversations to the appropriate team members based on responses. This ensures that the right person handles each query.
