Where to find WhatsApp conversation information

    To find WhatsApp conversation information in ActiveCampaign:

    1. Click WhatsApp > Inbox. 
    2. Select the conversation you want to view. 
    3. In the right sidebar, click the “Conversation” tab. 

    Here, you can see relevant information such as tags and assigned agents or teams.

    Learn more about your conversation information.
