ABU Rates enable ActiveCampaign’s Agency Partners to track and monitor their clients’ sending reputation from their Partner Portal. These health status indicators help Agency Partners maintain strong deliverability for their clients by identifying potential issues early and their possible causes.
Health Status Indicators
ABU Rates consist of three key metrics: abuse reports, bounces, and unsubscribes. ActiveCampaign tracks each of these metrics for your resold accounts. We use color-coded Health Status Indicators to report on their sending reputations:
🟢 Green (Good) - Rates are within healthy ranges. No action needed.
🟡 Yellow (Warning) - Rates are elevated and need attention. Review sending practices to prevent further issues.
🔴 Red (Alert) - Rates surpass acceptable thresholds. Immediate action is required to protect the sender's reputation and deliverability.
How status is measured
ActiveCampaign reviews a resold account’s ABU performance in a few ways:
- All-time performance - Average number of ABU incidents that have occurred since the child account’s creation
- Recent performance (6 months) - Sending patterns and ABU incidents from within the past six months
We aim to ensure accurate readings and prevent false alerts for newer accounts still building their sending history. To do this, we only flag accounts that have sent a minimum number of campaigns for each ABU metric:
Abuse reports - Resold account must have sent at least 3 campaigns
Bounces - Resold account must have sent at least 30 campaigns
Unsubscribes - Resold account must have sent at least 7 campaigns
Based on those factors, if an account shows higher-than-average levels, a red or yellow Health Status Indicator will appear next to the resold account. You will be able to view the health status of each ABU metric by hovering your cursor over the account’s name in the Account Overview page of the Partner Portal.
