The Churn Score feature enables ActiveCampaign’s Agency Partners to track and monitor their clients’ churn risk. This will empower Agency Partners to prioritize their retention efforts and to proactively engage with high-risk customers before they cancel.
Churn score indicators
Churn Score indicators can be found in the “Account Overview page” of the Partner Portal. Under the “Churn score” column, you will find a churn score rating and a corresponding color-coded indicator:
N/A - Indicates that the account was created before the score calculation date (the end of each month)
Minimal - Indicates that the client is unlikely to churn
Low - Indicates that the client is at a minimum churn risk
Moderate - Indicates that the client is a possible churn risk
High - Indicates that the client is likely to churn
Very High - Indicates that the client is very likely to churn
You can view your client’s churn score and the date it was last calculated by hovering your cursor over their Churn score indicator.
Churn Score values
ActiveCampaign determines a resold account’s churn score by evaluating several different features. Some of the features we measure are, but are not limited to:
- Email Sends-to-ARR-Ratio
- Contacts Created-to-ARR Ratio
- Contact Utilization
- Total User Logins
- Email Send-to-Open Ratio
To view the specific values that apply to your client’s churn score, visit the “Churn & Retention Dashboard” located in the “Accounts” menu of your Partner Portal.
