How Insight Cards work
When you log into your Partner Portal, you will see up to three Insight Cards featured in a section at the top of your Account Overview page. The types of cards and their recommendations are calculated monthly. If you go through all of the populated Insight Cards in a given month, the section with the Insight Cards will not be shown. Each card groups clients with the same insight and displays a counter for the total number of shared clients.
Each card provides the option to explore it further by selecting “Launch in ActiveIntelligence.” You will then be able to view the next steps and suggestions based specifically on the insight that we provided. If there are several Insight Cards populated in one month, once one of the three displayed cards is explored, another one will take its place. New Insight Cards are calculated on the last day of the month. The new Insight Cards replace all cards that were not acted upon or dismissed during the previous month.
Insight Card Types
Active Intelligence will populate up to three cards at a time on your overview page. The cards will feature recommended actions based on the behaviors and needs of your client accounts. The Insight Cards are divided into different types, and each type is triggered by a specific action:
-
Critical Churn Alert
- Triggered by accounts that maintain a “Very high” churn score rating based on the last 3 months of data
-
Expansion Opportunity - Usage Surge
- Triggered when a client’s account has a contact utilization of 80% or higher in the last calendar month
-
Engagement Recovery Opportunity
- Triggered when there’s a greater than 50% drop in platform usage over the past 30 days
- An established client with a tenure greater than three months
-
Billing Upgrade Opportunity
- Triggered when a client has been on monthly billing for over six months
- Triggered when a client hasn’t had a history of “High” or “Very High” churn score ratings in the past six months while consistently using the platform
-
Low Engagement
- Triggered when a number of customer accounts have zero logins in the last calendar month
-
Successful Client Milestone

- A client’s contact base has grown 150%+ in the last three months
- A client has consistently sent emails in each of the last three months
- A client has consistently created new campaigns and automations each month
- A client shows consistent growth over three or more months
