We are excited to announce an update to the Salesforce integration. You can now configure Salesforce and ActiveCampaign to sync contacts with only a unique phone number.

Key Features

  • Sync Salesforce contacts with a phone number but no email address, to ActiveCampaign.
  • Create a new Salesforce Contact, Lead, or Person Account for ActiveCampaign contacts with a phone number but no email address.

Benefits

  • Consistent and complete data across ActiveCampaign and Salesforce
You now have the ability to sync all leads, contacts, and person accounts between Salesforce and ActiveCampaign, no email address required.
  • Extend your mobile-first reach
Engage Salesforce contacts with ActiveCampaign’s SMS and WhatsApp capabilities.

Take Notes

  • The Salesforce integration is available for all customers on Enterprise.
  • Before making this update to your production environment, it’s strongly recommended to test the new phone-only contact sync functionality first in a Salesforce scratch org or sandbox environment and an ActiveCampaign sandbox account
  • You’ll need phone-only contacts enabled in both your ActiveCampaign and Salesforce account to use this new capability.
  • Once the phone-only contact sync is enabled, it cannot be disabled.
