We are excited to announce an update to the Salesforce integration. You can now configure Salesforce and ActiveCampaign to sync contacts with only a unique phone number.

- The Salesforce integration is available for all customers on Enterprise.
- Before making this update to your production environment, it’s strongly recommended to test the new phone-only contact sync functionality first in a Salesforce scratch org or sandbox environment and an ActiveCampaign sandbox account.
- You’ll need phone-only contacts enabled in both your ActiveCampaign and Salesforce account to use this new capability.
- Once the phone-only contact sync is enabled, it cannot be disabled.
Upgrade and/or Setup Instructions
How to update your Salesforce Integration to the latest version
- Navigate to Setup in your Salesforce account.
- Use the Quick Find bar and search for Installed Packages.
- Look for “ActiveCampaign” in the list.
- Check your current version, the version number will be displayed next to the ActiveCampaign package.
- Visit the Salesforce AppExchange to download the latest version of the ActiveCampaign Salesforce Integration.
