You can enable a connection between your Active Intelligence workspace and your Calendly account. With the Calendly connector, you can use Active Intelligence to perform several tasks, such as:
- Create a new Calendly event type
- Generate a scheduling link for a Calendly event
- Retrieve a list of your event types
- Update your Calendly schedule availability
- Retrieve invitee details
Take Note
- The Calendly connector differs from the Calendly integration in ActiveCampaign.
- The Calendly connector connects Calendly to Active Intelligence. This gives Active Intelligence the ability to pull information from Calendly to take action in your Calendly account when prompted.
- The Calendly integration syncs contacts and their event information to ActiveCampaign whenever they book a meeting in Calendly. This allows you to create personalized emails in ActiveCampaign and trigger automated workflows when a Calendly meeting is created or updated. Learn more about the Calendly integration for ActiveCampaign.
- You will need a Calendly account to use this connection. If you do not have an active Calendly account when first using the Calendly connector, you will be redirected to a “create account” page.
Connect Calendly to ActiveCampaign
- In your ActiveCampaign account, click the “Tools” menu located inside the Active Intelligence prompt bar.
