Each ActiveCampaign account is assigned a unique Account ID. This is a permanent identifier tied to your account that cannot be changed.
Your Account ID may be requested when you contact ActiveCampaign support, including through the virtual assistant on the ActiveCampaign contact page. Having it ready helps us locate your account quickly and provide faster assistance.

- Your Account ID is view-only and cannot be edited
- Your Account ID is different from your account name or username
Find your Account ID
You can find your Account ID on the Account settings page. To locate it, follow the steps below:
- Click Settings (gear icon).
- Click Account on the left menu.
- Your Account ID is displayed in the “Account Information” section, underneath your Account Name and Username.
You can copy this number and paste it where needed, such as when prompted by the Voice Agent or when submitting a support request.
