We're introducing asset referencing in Active Intelligence — you can now reference a specific campaign or automation directly in your prompt using @mention. Active Intelligence receives the asset's exact ID, so it always pulls data, generates content, or takes action on the right asset — no guesswork, no mismatched results.
Asset referencing is available to all Active Intelligence users (excluding Reseller accounts) from both the Active Intelligence homepage and the sidebar.
Key Features
@Mention Assets in Chat
Type @ in the prompt field to bring up a dropdown of your Campaigns and Automations. Click to select — the asset appears as a visual tag in your prompt. You can add more than one asset to a single prompt.
Two Ways to Reference
Use the @ symbol directly in the chat input, or click the "@ Add content" button to browse and search your assets by category.
Accurate Results Every Time
Referencing an asset passes its unique ID to Active Intelligence — so even if you have multiple assets with similar names (e.g. "Spring Sale 2025" and "Spring Sale 2026"), it always acts on the right one.
Context Carries Through the Conversation
Reference an asset once and Active Intelligence remembers it for the rest of that chat tab — no need to re-select it in follow-up prompts.
Benefits
No more mismatched results
Stop relying on best-effort name matching. Referencing an asset guarantees Active Intelligence is working with exactly what you intended.
Faster asset lookup
Not sure of the exact name? Type @ to browse and find it — no need to leave the conversation to go check.
Works across all Active Intelligence surfaces
Whether you're on the homepage or using the sidebar, asset referencing works the same way.
