ACHQ - Child account Churn Score in account overview

The Churn Score feature enables ACHQ Partners to track and monitor their child accounts’ churn risk. This empowers ACHQ Partners to prioritize their retention efforts and to proactively engage with high-risk child account owners before they cancel.

Churn score indicators

Churn Score indicators can be found in the Account Overview page of the Partner Portal. The “Churn score” column contains ratings and a corresponding color-coded indicators:

Moderate - Indicates that the child account is a possible churn risk.

High - Indicates that the child account is likely to churn.
