Accounts that are canceled or expired become archived. ACHQ Partners can unarchive child accounts in the Partner Portal depending on how long the child account has been archived.
This article documents how ACHQ Partners can unarchive child accounts.

Accounts managed by ACHQ Partners are managed through the Partner Portal by the Partner.
Paid accounts archived for less than one year
- Log in to your Partner Portal.
- Click on "Renew" next to the account you’d like to unarchive.
- On the "Change Your Account" page, choose a plan by selecting a “Product,” “Tier,” and any “Add-Ons.”
- Click “Submit.” Once you click “Submit,” the Partner is charged for the account, and the unarchive process begins. The Partner, not the admin user on the account, will receive the following emails:
- Receipt of payment
- Confirmation email once the account is unarchived and ready to be accessed
Emails are not sent to the admin user on the account.
