API: Fine-grained control over autoresponders and last broadcast when adding or updating contacts — September 1

Four contact endpoints now let you control exactly which autoresponders fire — and whether the list's last broadcast goes out — each time you add or update a contact's list membership. If you don't include the new fields, the endpoints behave exactly as before.
