API: Record opt-in IP address and per-list subscribe date when adding or updating contacts — September 1

Three v3 contact endpoints now accept two new optional fields: the contact's opt-in IPv4 address and a per-list subscribe date, giving you more precise control over the data recorded when you add or update contacts.
