Introducing the ACHQ Partner Portal which is the merging of the ACHQ Platform with the Partner Portal. This new version of ACHQ provides Customers with a level of “Self-serve” account management and expansion capabilities.
Previously, ACHQ Partners relied on the Onboarding and Customer Success Teams for managing accounts, contact tiers and add-ons. By providing access to your dedicated ACHQ Partner Portal, you are now able to gain greater independence in managing your accounts. This release also serves as an introduction to the powerful Active Intelligence Customization features.
ActiveCampaign HQ (ACHQ) is ActiveCampaign’s platform for franchises, multi-location brands, and reseller/partner organizations to manage marketing across many separate accounts from one central dashboard.
When you login to the ACHQ Partner Portal you are presented with the Network overview page. The Network overview provides a summary of performance and activities taking place across your network of connected child accounts.
As you scroll down the page you will see a number of Metric cards which typically include:
- Total Contacts
- Average open rate
- Average click rate
- Campaigns Sent
- Active Locations
- At Risk Locations
- Active Automations
- Avg Engagement
- Unique Tags
- Unique Custom Fields
- Team Users
