How do I see all tasks assigned to me?

Tasks are available on the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

You can see all tasks assigned to you on the Manage Tasks page in your ActiveCampaign account.

1. Click "Contacts" to navigate to the Contacts Overview page.

2. Click "Manage Tasks."

3. Click the "Task Assigned To" dropdown and click your name from the list of options.

The Manage Tasks page will load all Contact tasks and Deal tasks in your account. Contact tasks will display a person icon and deal tasks will show a dollar sign. These symbols will appear in the Related To column.

Completed tasks

Completed tasks will have a strikethrough in the title/description and will show "Complete" in the Status column. The Related To, Due Date, Status, and Type columns will show grey text. The button next to the task will say "Edit task."

Incomplete tasks

Incomplete tasks will not have a strikethrough in the title/description. They will have "Incomplete" in the Status column. Due dates for overdue incomplete tasks will be in red and due dates for upcoming incomplete tasks will be in black. The button next to the task will say "Complete."
