Why can't I view lists?

In the event that you are not able to see any lists, or if you notice some lists are missing in your account, it is likely due to a user group permission setting. To correct this, you will need to reach out to your account admin in order to adjust these settings.

If the user permission settings are correct and you are still not able to view lists in your account, reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to look into the issue for you.

Note: Our support team will not be able to adjust the permission settings on an account. This can only be done by the account admin.
