Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to see if your email landed in a specific contact’s inbox or spam folder after it was delivered. It may have been forwarded, sorted in an inbox, auto-deleted, sorted in spam, delivered to another folder, etc. Once an email is sent, it’s up to the contact's email service provider to sort the email accordingly.
However, if you maintain a healthy list of contacts, send timely and relevant content, and encourage engagement, good deliverability will follow.
