Reply tracking must be enabled in order to view the reply tracking report for an automation email.
To see a list of contacts who replied to your automation email, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Reports" option listed on the left side navigation menu:
2. Click "Automation Reports."
3. Click the automation name.
4. Click the name of the email that has reply tracking enabled.
5. Click "Replies" located on the left side navigation menu.
The page will load to display all replies received for your automation email:
To view a reply from a specific contact, click "Forwarded (view reply)":
A modal window will open and display the contact's reply to your email:
You can also see the contact's reply on their contact profile page under Recent Activities.
