You can change the status of a deal to "Lost" directly from the deal info screen or from a pipeline. In order to mark a deal as lost, your device must be connected to the internet. It is not possible to update the status of a deal while offline.

How to mark a deal as Lost from the deal info screen
1. From the Deal info screen in the app, tap the status dropdown:
2. Tap "Lost."
The status for the deal is now "Lost."
How to mark a deal as Lost from a pipeline
1. From the Deals overview screen, tap the pipeline dropdown to select the pipeline you wish to work with.
2. Tap the the desired pipeline to select it. Then tap "Done."
3. Swipe the deal to the left to mark it as "Lost."
Note: You will need iOS 11 in order to swipe the deal.
Pipelines on the Deal overview screen only display deals with an "Open" status. However, you can view deals marked as "Won" or "Lost" via the search bar on the Deal overview screen or from the associated contact's profile page:
