How do I view a closed deal with the Deals CRM mobile app?

The Deals CRM mobile app is available for accounts on the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

In addition, the Deals CRM mobile app supports iOS 10 and higher.

The pipelines on the Deals overview screen will display all open deals assigned to you. To locate deals that are marked as "Won" or "Lost," you can search for them using the search bar, or from the associated contact's profile page.

How to view a closed deal from the Deals overview screen

1. From the Deals overview screen, type the name of the Deal in the search bar provided.

2. Tap the deal to open it.

The deal info screen will open. From here, you can:

  1. Tap "Edit" to update the deal's information
  2. Tap the status dropdown to update the deal's status
  3. Tap the pencil icon to update the deal's stage
  4. Tap the email or call icon to communicate with primary contact on the deal
  5. Tap the green action button to call/email the contact, add a task, or add a note The deal info screen will open. From here, you can:

How to view a closed deal from a contact's profile screen

1. Using the search field on the Contacts overview screen, locate the contact with the closed deal you wish to view.

2. Tap the contact's name to open their profile.

3. Tap the "Contact: Deals" tab.

4. Tap the closed deal you wish to view. The closed deal will either be marked as "Won" or "Lost."

The deal info screen will open. From here, you can:
