How do I edit a contact using the Deals CRM mobile app?

The Deals CRM mobile app is available for accounts on the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

In addition, the Deals CRM mobile app supports iOS 10 and higher.

With the Deals CRM mobile app, you can edit a contact's field values, add and remove tags, add them to a list, and update a subscription status to a list.

To learn how, follow these steps:

1. From the Contacts overview screen, use the search field to locate the contact you wish to update.

2. Tap the contact's name to open their profile.

3. Tap "Edit."

4. Tap any of the system fields listed under "Details" to update them.

5. To add or update the value of a custom field, tap "Custom Fields."

6. Tap any of the fields listed on the "Custom Fields" screen to apply or update a value for your contact.

7. Once you've updated the custom field(s) for your contact, tap "Back."

8. To remove a tag, tap the minus sign next to that tag. To add a new tag, tap "Add tag."

9. To add the contact to a list, tap "+ List name."

10. Tap the list you wish to add them to. Then tap "Back."

Note: The contact will automatically be subscribed to the list.

11. To update a contact's subscription status for a list, tap their status.

12. Select a new status by tapping it.

13. Tap "Save."

The contact is now updated.
