How do I call a contact using the Deals CRM mobile app?

The Deals CRM mobile app is available for accounts on the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional 
  • Enterprise

In addition, the Deals CRM mobile app supports iOS 10 and higher.

You can call a contact directly from the ActiveCampaign Deals CRM mobile app:

1. From the contact's profile screen, tap the phone icon located next to their phone number. If you do not see this icon, then they do not yet have a phone number listed in the system phone field.

2. Tap "Call."

The iOS dialer will open and will call your contact.

Things to note:

  • You can only call contacts who have a phone number listed in the system phone field. This application will not work with any custom phone number fields that you've created.
  • This application will use minutes associated with your mobile phone plan.
  • The call button will use the iOS dialer for your mobile phone and you will need a cellular connection. You do not need to be connected to WiFi to use the call option.
