How do I mark a task as complete using the Deals CRM mobile app?

The Deals CRM mobile app is available for accounts on the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

In addition, the Deals CRM mobile app supports iOS 10 and higher.

Tasks are to-do items for a deal or a contact. With the Deals CRM mobile app, marking a contact task or deal task is easy.

How to mark tasks as complete from a contact's profile

Tasks can be accessed from the Contact: Tasks tab on an individual contact's profile. This tab will list all contact and deal tasks associated with the contact:

Tasks not marked as complete will appear under "Overdue" or "Future" and will have a white completion circle.

There are two ways to mark an open task as complete from this screen:

1. Swipe a task to the right (requires iOS 11):

The completed tasks will be listed under "Completed" and will have a green completion circle:

How to mark tasks as complete from a deal profile

Deal tasks can be accessed from the Deal: Tasks tab of an individual deal profile. This tab will list all tasks associated with that deal.

Tasks not marked as complete will appear under "Overdue" or "Future" and will have a white completion circle.

How to mark a task as complete from an individual task view

Individual tasks can be accessed from both the Contact: Tasks tab or the Deal: Tasks tab.

Tap a task from one of these screens to open it:

From here, you can mark the task as complete by:

1. Tapping the completion circle

2. Or by tapping "Complete."

The task will be marked as complete and will have a green completion circle.

To reopen the task, tap "Reopen."
