How do I cancel Conversations?

  Conversations is no longer available for purchase as of January 3, 2023.

If you are the Primary Admin on your account, you can cancel Conversations by clicking the "Email Support" button located on the Conversations > Manage Seats page in your account.

All data accumulated from Conversations in your account will still be visible in the unified inbox and contact record under the Conversations tab.

Once Conversations is canceled, the feature will be disabled. In addition:

  • No new inbound messages will be received in the unified inbox
  • The chat widget will no longer appear on your website
  • New emails forwarded from your inbox provider can still arrive to the unified inbox but you cannot reply to them
  • You cannot reply to messages from the unified inbox or mobile app
