Conversations is available on all plans levels and can be purchased as an add-on to your account.
You can have the Conversations chat widget appear on specific pages of your website, rather than all of them.
- Click "Settings" in the left menu.
- Click the "Tracking" option.
- Type the specific page URL you wish to have the chat widget appear in the "Add Domain" field then click "Add."
- Check the "Conversations" box next to the whitelisted domain.
You'll want to follow these steps for each page you wish to have your chat widget appear on.
If the chat widget is still appearing on all pages, check to see if the entire domain is whitelisted. If it is, you can remove it and just whitelist specific pages.
