How do I change my agent profile photo?

Conversations is available on all plans levels and can be purchased as an add-on to your account.

The image that appears as your agent avatar is the same image as your profile photo in your ActiveCampaign account. This image is pulled from a third-party service called Gravatar. The image in your Gravatar account represents you online when you interact with websites and is associated with your email address.

To update this image:

  1. Click "Settings" in the left menu.
  2. Click the "Gravatar" link in the "Profile Photo" section.
  3. You will be redirected to Gravatar. Log into your Gravatar account.
  4. Select a different image by clicking it.
  5. Click the "Confirm" button.

When the image is set in Gravatar, head back to your ActiveCampaign account and refresh the page. You should see the image update on the Settings page and in the bottom left corner.

If it does not update, try logging out and back in again to retrieve the new image.
