How to access the Health Dashboard
The Health Dashboard is located in your Salesforce account. It becomes available as soon as you enable the ActiveCampaign for Salesforce integration. Note that you will need to perform at least one sync in order for information to display.
- Log into your Salesforce account.
- Click the dots on the top left of the screen. This will open the App Launcher.
- Click the "ActiveCampaign Setup Assistant" option.
- A tab for the Health Dashboard will appear next to the "Setup" tab at the top of the page. Click the "Health Dashboard" tab.
The Health Dashboard will open and will list all syncs made between ActiveCampaign and Salesforce. It will also show your API usage data.
Inbound and outbound syncs performed with your integration. These will be sorted by last modified date. As more syncs are performed, you will be able to scroll through each row to view your syncs.
Sync Status component
The Sync Status component lists all inbound and outbound syncs performed with the ActiveCampaign Salesforce integration. These are sorted by last modified date. As more syncs are performed, you will be able to scroll through this component to view each of your syncs.
Information in the Sync Status component includes:
- Sync Date
The date and time the sync took place. - Sync Object
Will show you if the sync was related to a Contact or Lead. - Sync Type
Will show you if the sync was Outbound (from ActiveCampaign to Salesforce) or Inbound (From Salesforce to ActiveCampaign). - Sync Status
Can show any of the following statuses for each sync: Successful, Partial Success, or Failed. - Successfully Synced
The total number of contacts or leads that were synced without error. - Failed to Sync
The total number of contacts or leads that experienced an error during the sync. - Skipped
The total number of contacts or leads that were skipped during the sync. This can be due to situations where a contact or lead did not meet the sync rule that was set during integration set up. - Total Records
Total number of all contacts or leads that we attempted to sync.
API Usage component
The API Usage component is a visual element that shows you how many Salesforce API calls were used and how many you have left for a 24-hour period.
The API Usage component has two bars. The top bar shows how many API calls ActiveCampaign made to your Salesforce Organization and how many API calls remain.
The bottom bar shows the total number of API calls made to your Salesforce Organization overall and how many API calls remain. This is helpful in case you have more than one app installed that uses your Salesforce API.
CXA Component Use
The CXA Component Use graph shows you how often your Sales Representatives are using the ActiveCampaign CXA components in Salesforce over a 30-day period. This includes how often they're using the "Send one-time email" action and the "Enter into automation" action. Only successful events (email sends and automation entries) are shown in this graph.
