How do I create a deal during a conversation?

Conversations is available on all plans levels and can be purchased as an add-on to your account.

Deals is available on Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

You and your agents can create deals for known visitors during a conversation. In addition, you'll see an overview for any deal associated with a known visitor.

Note that it's not possible to edit deal information from the visitor detail pane. However, you can click the deal from the pane to open it in a new tab or window. (1380×782)

Create a new deal for a known visitor

 Please note: Only Agents (i.e. someone who is assigned a Conversations seat) are able to create a new deal for a known visitor. If a user has the "View Only" role permission, they will not be able to create a deal within the Conversations inbox.

1. Click the "Add a Deal" option in the visitor detail pane.


2. A modal window will open. Complete the fields in the modal.

3. When finished, click the "Add Deal" button.
