How do I view all deals in my ActiveCampaign account?

You can view all deals you have access to on the Deal List page, regardless of status or pipeline.

In this article, you'll learn how to view list of all of your deals in your account.

Take note

• Non-admin users: you will only see deals on the Deal List page that you have permission to see
• Account admins: you will see all deals in your account

View a list of all your deals

To view all deals in your account:

1. Click Deals in the left menu.
2. Click the hamburger icon on the top right of the Deals page.
   
   

The Deal List page will load all deals you have access to. They will be sorted by Deal Title.

To use any of these filters, click the filter you wish you use then click one of the options presented.

You can also add an additional filter to view a list of deals by deal details (title, description value, etc.) or by custom deal field value. To do so, click the "Add a filter" button then click one of the options presented.

Once you've filtered your deals, you can export them to a CSV file.
