Add an ActiveCampaign form to your landing page

Available on Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

Use the “Inline Form” block to add any inline ActiveCampaign form to your landing page. Adding a form to your page lets you capture contact information, grow your email marketing lists, use a double opt-in process, and more.

Take note

  • You can only use inline forms with this block
  • It is not possible to edit ActiveCampaign forms from the page builder
  • You can leverage any ActiveCampaign form action with this block. For example, you can choose from add a tag, add to deal, email results, and subscribe to list
  • Page-specific tags are not added to contacts who submit a form using this block

Add an ActiveCampaign form to your page

  1. From the page builder, make sure the “Blocks” tab is selected on the top right bar.
  2. Drag the “Inline form” block to your layout.
  3. A modal window will appear. Click "Use an existing form."
  4. Click the form you want to add to your page.
  5. Click the “Add form” button.

Build an ActiveCampaign form in your page

  1. From the page builder, make sure the “Blocks” tab is selected on the top right bar.
  2. Drag the “Inline form” block to your layout.
  3. A modal window will appear. Click “Build a new form.”
  4. Type the name of your form into the Inline Form Name field.
  5. Click the “Form Action” dropdown and click the action you want to use. You can choose from any of the following:
    • Add a Tag
      Adds a tag to each contact who submits your form.
    • Email Results
      Sends a notification to anyone on your team each time a contact submits your form.
    • Subscribe to a list
      Subscribes the contact to your list. You can use a double opt-in (default) or single opt-in.
    • Add to a Deal
      Creates a deal for each contact who submits your form.
    • Note that you can add as many actions as you like to a form. If your form is built within the Inline Form Block from Pages, you will not be able to make edits directly from the form block in your landing page. To make changes to your form, click the “Site” tab > “Forms.” Any edits you make and save here will reflect on your form within your landing page.
  6. Click the "Options" dropdown to select an option to match your action. The items displayed in this dropdown will differ based on the selected action.
  7. When finished, click “Start building form.”
  8. The ActiveCampaign form builder will appear to finish building your form. To learn more on how to build ActiveCampaign forms visit here.
  9. If you need more time to complete your form, click “Save and Exit.” This will save your progress and you can access your form under Site > Forms to finish later.
  10. Once you have finished building your form, click “Add to your page” at the top right. The form will be published and added to your landing page.

Replace your ActiveCampaign form

Once you add an ActiveCampaign form to your landing page, you can replace it with another.

  1. From the page builder, click the “Inline form” block on your page layout.
  2. Click the “Replace form” button on the right sidebar.
  3. A modal window will appear. Click the form you want to add to your page.
  4. Click the “Add form” button.
