Why didn't I receive a follow-up email for my migration request?

After you submit the ActiveCampaign Migration Request form, we'll send you a follow-up email containing a form with next steps. You should receive this email within 24-48 hours after submitting your request. If you do not receive this email within that time period, please check your Spam folder. If you are unable to locate the email, please schedule a one-on-one session with a member of our Customer Success team.
