Hide an element
When you hide an element from an experience layout, the content of the element will disappear but the element structure will remain, leaving an empty space on your page.

To hide an element:
1. Click "Site" on the left menu.
2. Click the "Web Personalization" option on the Site menu.
3. Click the caret for the domain containing the experience you wish to modify. The container will expand and list all experiences for that domain.
4. Click the name of the draft experience you wish to work with or create a new experience.
5. Content under the "Personalized Page" tab will load. If you have not yet created a segment for the experience, a "Create a Segment" modal will appear. Use the segment builder in this modal to create a segment of contacts who will see this personalized experience.

6. Click the element you wish to hide.

7. Click the "Visibility" dropdown on the right pane.
