How to manage Conversations through the Partner Portal

  Conversations is no longer available for purchase to new customers as of January 3, 2023.

For your agency to manage Conversations, it has to be done through the Partner Portal and not through your ActiveCampaign account. This article shows you how to manage Conversations using the Partner Portal.

NOTE: Conversations is only available to accounts that already have Conversations seats or previously trialed Conversations.

  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find your account email in the main dashboard view and click on the dropdown arrow next to the account.
  3. In the dropdown menu, click on "Change."

  4. On Change Your Account page, you can adjust the Conversations seats count in the Add-Ons section.
