How to set up Conversations through the Partner Portal

For your agency to set up Conversations, it has to be done through the Partner Portal and not through your ActiveCampaign account. This article show you how to set up Conversations using the Partner Portal.

  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find your account email in the main dashboard view and click on the dropdown arrow next to account.
  3. In the dropdown menu, click on "Conversations."

Once you click on Conversations in the dropdown menu, you can either start a free trial of Conversations or directly purchase it for your agency account.
