It's simple to remove an ActiveCampaign form from a WordPress site. To do so, you need to go through the back end of WordPress. Although the process is similar, there are different form removal steps for each type of editor.

How to remove a WordPress form with a Classic Editor

If you are using a version of WordPress that pre-dates WordPress 5.0, you might be using the Classic Editor.

To remove a WordPress form:

  1. Log into your WordPress account.
  2. Open the article.
  3. Click the three dots elipses button at the top right.
  4. Click to switch from Visual Editor mode to Code Editor mode.
  5. Find the shortcode for your ActiveCampaign form.
  6. Click on and highlight the form code and delete.
  7. Click "Update" to save the change.

How to remove a WordPress form with the Gutenberg Block Editor

If you are using WordPress 5.0, your editor is the Gutenberg Block Editor.

To remove a WordPress form from the Gutenberg Block Editor:

  1. Log into your WordPress account.
  2. Open the article.
  3. Click on the form inside the article.
  4. Click the three dots elipses button at the top of the form.
  5. Click "Remove Block."
  6. Click "Update" to save the change.
