How to restart an RSS Campaign

Summary

RSS campaigns are set to send when an update takes place. RSS campaigns may stop sending.

Resolution

RSS campaigns can be restarted by duplicating the campaign that stopped. 

To restart an RSS campaign, follow these steps:

1. From the Campaigns overview page, find the stopped RSS campaign and click the "Edit" button to the right.
2. On the Campaign Summary page you can choose one of the following two options:
   
   1. Click the "Send Now" button at the top right to send now
   2. Schedule the campaign to send later.
      • In the "Schedule" section, click the "Schedule" button.
      • Then set the date and time you want the campaign to send.
      • The button in the upper right will update to "Finish." Click "Finish" to schedule the campaign. Learn How to schedule a campaign.
