Summary
A GIF I added to a Campaign or Automation email isn't working.
Resolution
A GIF should work without any issue in a Campaign or Automation email as long as these recommendations are followed:
- The image file size is 2MB or under
- The image pixel size has a height and/or width of 1000px or under
GIFs are not supported by all email service providers. For example, Outlook 2007, 2010, and 2013 will only show your first frame.
