Tick the checkbox for the forms that you wish to embed in the Plugin settings here:
Then the form will be available when clicking the ActiveCampaign logo on the toolbar here:
ActiveCampaign forms are not available to choose from the tool bar in WordPress but are showing in the Plugin settings
