How to rename an automated one-to-one email

Available on Professional and Enterprise plans. 

You can rename any one-to-one email created with the “Send 1:1 email” automation action.

  1. Click “Automations” to go to the Automations Overview page.
  2. Click “Edit” for the automation containing the one-to-one email you wish to update.
  3. Click the “Send a 1:1 email” action you wish to update.
  4. Type a new email name into the “Email name” space provided. Note that each one-to-one email you create needs to have a unique name.
  5. Click “Save.”
