With ActiveCampaign, you can add a Cc or Bcc to any one-to-one sales emails.
Set a Cc or Bcc on a direct one-to-one sales email
Available on Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
If you connected your email account to deals, you can set a Cc, Bcc, or both on any direct one-to-one email sent to a contact on an open deal.
To do so:
- Click "Deals" to navigate to the Deals page.
- Locate the deal containing the contact you wish to send an email to. You can use the search field to locate this deal.
- Click the deal name to open the Deal record.
- Open the email composer. There are three ways you can do this:
- Click the “Actions” button, then click “Send an email”
- Go to the "Contacts" section of the deal record and click the email address of the contact you wish to send an email to
- Click the “Emails” tab at the bottom of the Deal record and click “Send an email”
- Click either the Cc or Bcc option.
- Type the individual's email address who should receive a copy of the email message.

Set a Cc or Bcc on an automated one-to-one sales emails
Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
If you connected your email account to deals, you can set a Cc, Bcc, or both on any automated one-to-one sales email.
To do so:
- Click “Automations” to go to the Automations overview page.
- Click “Edit” for the automation containing the “Send a 1:1 email” action you wish to update.
- Click the “Send a 1:1 email” action to open the email composer.
- Click the “Add Cc/Bcc” option.
- Type the individual's email address who should receive a copy of the email into the field.
- Click “Save.”
