With ActiveCampaign, you can add a Cc or Bcc to 1:1 emails sent from the contact overview page, contact record, deal record, account record, or an automated 1:1 sales email.

Set a Cc or Bcc on a 1:1 email
- Depending on where you want to send your 1:1 email from, click Deals, Contacts, or Contacts > Accounts to navigate to the desired page.
- Locate the deal, contact, or account containing the contact you wish to email.
- Click the deal, contact, or account name to open it.

Open the email composer. There are three ways you can do this:
- Click the “Send an email” button at the top right
- From the deal, contact, or account record, click the email address of the contact you wish to send an email to
- Click the “Emails” tab at the bottom of the deal, contact, or account record and click “Send an email”
- Click either the Cc or Bcc option.
- Type the email address of the individual who should receive a copy of the email message.
Set a Cc or Bcc on an automated 1:1 sales emails
- Click Automations to go to the Automations overview page.
- Click “Edit” for the automation containing the “Send a 1:1 email” action you wish to update.
- Click the “Send a 1:1 email” action to open the email composer.
- Click the “Add Cc/Bcc” option.
- Type the individual's email address who should receive a copy of the email into the field.
- Click “Save.”
