With ActiveCampaign, you can add a Cc or Bcc to any 1:1 sales emails.

Set a Cc or Bcc on a direct 1:1 sales email

Available on Sales Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

If you connected your email account to deals, you can set a Cc, Bcc, or both on any direct 1:1 email sent to a contact on an open deal.

To do so:

  1. Click Deals to navigate to the Deals page.
  2. Locate the deal containing the contact you wish to send an email to. You can use the search field to locate this deal.
  3. Click the deal name to open the Deal record.
  4. Open the email composer. There are three ways you can do this: 
    • Click the “Actions” button, then click “Send an email”
    • Go to the "Contacts" section of the deal record and click the email address of the contact you wish to send an email to
    • Click the “Emails” tab at the bottom of the Deal record and click “Send an email”
  5. Click either the Cc or Bcc option.
  6. Type the individual's email address who should receive a copy of the email message.

Set a Cc or Bcc on an automated 1:1 sales emails

Available on Sales Professional and Enterprise plans.

If you connected your email account to deals, you can set a Cc, Bcc, or both on any automated 1:1 sales email.

To do so:

  1. Click Automations to go to the Automations overview page.
  2. Click “Edit” for the automation containing the “Send a 1:1 email” action you wish to update.
  3. Click the “Send a 1:1 email” action to open the email composer.
  4. Click the “Add Cc/Bcc” option.
  5. Type the individual's email address who should receive a copy of the email into the field.
  6. Click “Save.”
