Does ActiveCampaign automatically increase my contact limit?

No. We do not automatically increase your contact limit. To increase your contact limit, you must do so on the Billing and Upgrade page in your ActiveCampaign account.

Take note

  • Only Primary Admins or an Admin with billing permissions can increase contact limits
  • If you approach your contact limit, we'll display an alert near your avatar on the bottom left of your account

How to increase your contact limit

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click your name on the bottom left of your screen.
  3. A modal window will appear. Click "Billing & Upgrade."
  4. Click the "Edit" link next to your contact amount.
  5. A modal window will appear. Use the dropdown to increase your contact limit. 
  6. Click the "Update contact limit" button.
  7. Follow the steps to confirm your purchase.
